Our employee of the month for December is one of our third-grade teachers, Ms. Megan Batson. Ms. Batson has created a warm, welcoming space where students feel supported and challenged. Her calm presence, positive attitude, and dedication-both in the classroom and through after school tutoring-show how deeply she cares for her students. She consistently works hard to help every child reach their full potential.
