P.E. activities for the extended Break!

In order to stay active please try to get at least an hour of physical exercise each day. Some suggestions are to take a walk, jog with a parent, dance, and jump rope, play an active game etc.…Sit-ups and Push-ups are always a good idea. Keep a log of the amount of time you are active and bring it back to school so we can see the creative ways you’ve kept healthy!
